Use extensions in API

I might just have overlooked it but im trying to batch-process a folder of images and create depth maps for all the images in it (I'm using this extension for the depth maps) now I know this is possible in the WebUI under batch img2img but how can I do this using the API? since I can't find anything about using extensions in the API calls
