Not able to run the project

Once again, as many repositories in github, I am not able to run the code/project.

You need to obtain an API key and set it in your env variable.

@kdolan I have set env variable in
ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLE = {
'quandl_api_key': 'custom_api', in both places of project but still get same error of request limit
I registered in Nasdaq and created api key but it did not helped
