Currently, if I create a document for a client then it is logged under that client.

If I update or delete that document, it is logged but not against the specific client. It's only visible under the general log - and just with the document ID.
We should probably improve the logging for all components (assets, licenses, passwords, etc).

I'm aware invoicing isn't logged properly against the client for creation, cancellation or deletion.
