Feature Request: Active/Inactive client attribute

Ability to mark a client as active/inactive. A client may be inactive as they have not yet completed onboarding or have offboarded.
This would replace the existing partially implemented lead management feature

Active clients:

• Are shown everywhere by default
• Cannot be deleted

Inactive clients:

• Are hidden from the main page & reports
• Can be deleted
• Cannot login to the portal
