Change of tagging of trolleybus lines in Lublin

Currently there are a few issues with tagging suggestions of trolleybus lines in Lublin:

1. Current name sugestion for the operator is MPK Lublin, however MPK Lublin only manages vehicles and it does not manage routes nor schedule. They are managed by ZTM Lublin and as such the suggested operator should be ZTM Lublin.

They are currnetly managed by ZTM Lublin however by 1.07.2024 ZTM Lublin will have merged with road managment creating ZDiTM Lublin and as such the suggested operator should be ZDiTM Lublin
2. Following the previous point operator:wikidata currnetly links to MPK Lublin (Q11742137) instead of ZTM Lublin (Q27686568).

3. Current displayName is too vague as it is only the name of the city Lublin. Therefore I suggest it should be Lublin trolleybus line.
4. network:wikidata should be removed as after previous changes it would link to the same thing as operator:wikidata and it would cause the network to be ZTM Lublin instead of Lublin wich is already assigned to bus routes, bus stops and trolleybus stops. Also there is no wikidata corresponding to public transport network in Lublin.
