I received the following error message when trying to start the KGTK Tutorial part 1 in Jupyter Lab:

IPP Extension Server Error
Failed to list clusters: might the server extension not be installed/enabled?

I updated using make requirements, to no avail.

I suspect that I need to install something that's not listed in our requirements files.
