The aim of this project is find the correct values of topcis from scraped documents of Niagarafalls and Richmondhill municipalities and finding the topics from the whole dataset. The optimial k value is used in scraping municipalities(https://github.com/manideep-d/ScrapingMunicipalities) project to scrape the remaining websites and saving documents which are used related to artificial intelligence.
